Groups are kept small and close in level, so you hit plenty of balls and get corrected often. Every session ends with real play — points, games or a short match — rather than another line of drills.

About adult group coaching
I have never played. Can I join a group?
Yes. Beginner groups assume no experience at all. You will be rallying in your first session, and we will make sure a racket is available for you.
What if I do not have a partner?
You do not need one. Groups are formed by level and partners rotate through the session, so you play with everyone.
Can I move up a level?
Yes. Your coach will suggest it when you are ready, and we move you at the next available session.
