Account & booking
Do I need an account to book?
Yes. Every booking is linked to your TNA account so your sessions, packages, preferences and personalised offers stay in one place.
How does booking work?
Choose your sport, location, date and time on the booking page and send the request. Our team checks availability and confirms your session with you.
Do I pay online when I book?
No. Nothing is charged online when you send a booking request. Once the team confirms your session, they will let you know how to pay.
Can I book a court without a coach?
Yes. Court rental (court only, no coach) is one of the session types on the booking page, alongside private, semi-private, group and match-with-a-coach sessions.
What session types can I book?
Private (one-to-one coaching), semi-private (you and one partner), group (small-group training), match with a coach (play points with a coach) and court rental (court only, no coach).

Tennis
Where can I play tennis?
Tennis is available at TNA Pro Academy — Mina Rashid (indoor), Swiss International Scientific School, Al Jaddaf (indoor / outdoor) and Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa, Jumeirah (outdoor).
How long is a tennis session?
Tennis lessons are 60 minutes. Court rental is available for 60, 90 or 120 minutes.
I am a complete beginner. Can I still book?
Yes. You choose your level when you book — from Beginner to Professional — and the team matches the session to it. Private and group sessions both work well for a first lesson.
Do you offer high-performance tennis training?
Yes. High-performance training is part of the academy — see the High Performance page for how it works and get in touch to discuss your goals.

Padel
Where can I play padel?
Padel is available at TNA Pro Academy — Mina Rashid (indoor) and Swiss International Scientific School, Al Jaddaf (indoor / outdoor).
How long is a padel session?
A private padel lesson is 45 minutes. A match with a coach is 60 minutes. Indoor and outdoor padel are the same price.
Do I need a partner to play padel?
Not necessarily. Private sessions and match-with-a-coach are for one player. Semi-private and group sessions are booked with other players — if you do not have a partner yet, message us and we will advise on the best option.
Is padel suitable for beginners?
Yes. Choose Beginner as your level when you book and the session will be pitched at a first-timer. No previous racket-sport experience is needed.

Kids
Do you have a kids academy?
Yes. TNA Pro Academy runs a kids academy. When you book a kids session we ask for the player's age and a parent's contact details so the team can place them correctly.
From what age can children join?
Contact us on WhatsApp with your child's age and any previous experience, and we will confirm the right option for them.
Which locations run kids sessions?
Message us on WhatsApp with the location you prefer and we will confirm current kids availability there.

Pricing & packages
How much does a session cost?
Tennis starts from AED 125 and padel from AED 170 per player for a group session. A private lesson is AED 350 for tennis and AED 390 for padel. Every price is on the Pricing page.
Do you offer packs?
Yes. Private, semi-private and group lessons come as a single session or a pack of 5, 10 or 20 sessions, and the price per session drops with the pack size. Packs are per player and tracked in your TNA account.
Are semi-private and group prices per person?
Yes. Semi-private and group prices are per player. Private lessons and court rental are priced per session or per court.
How much is court rental?
A tennis court is from AED 180 and a padel court is AED 230, court only, no coach. Racket rental and balls are available for tennis.
Is there a membership fee?
No. There are no monthly or annual memberships — you request sessions or take a pack, and everything is managed through your TNA account.

Locations
Where are your locations?
We have three Dubai locations: TNA Pro Academy — Mina Rashid (Tennis & Padel), Swiss International Scientific School, Al Jaddaf (Tennis & Padel) and Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa, Jumeirah (Tennis).
Are the courts indoor or outdoor?
Mina Rashid: indoor. Al Jaddaf: indoor / outdoor. Jumeirah: outdoor.
What are the opening hours?
Mina Rashid — Every day · 07:00 – 22:00. Al Jaddaf — Weekdays · 17:00 – 21:30, Weekends · 08:00 – 21:30. Jumeirah — Every day · 08:00 – 21:30.
Is there parking?
Message us on WhatsApp with the location you are visiting and we will confirm parking and the easiest way to find the courts.

Cancellations
How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your booking reference as early as you can, and we will move or cancel the session for you.
Is there a cancellation fee or notice period?
Contact us on WhatsApp and we will confirm the current cancellation terms before you book.
What happens if the weather affects an outdoor session?
If conditions affect an outdoor court, contact us on WhatsApp and we will help you rebook.

Equipment
Do I need my own racket?
Bring your own if you have one. If you do not, message us before your session and we will confirm what is available at your location.
What should I wear?
Comfortable sportswear and clean, non-marking court shoes. Bring water — Dubai is warm even on indoor courts.

Women-only options
Do you offer women-only sessions?
Yes. At the court step of the booking you can choose a private court for women — a court reserved for women only.
Is there a women's community?
Yes. The TNA Pro Academy Women Community is a women-only space to play, organise games and access private-court options. You can request to join from the Community page.

Community
What is the TNA community?
Two WhatsApp communities run by the academy: the TNA Pro Academy Community, open to everyone, for meeting players, finding matches and academy updates; and the TNA Pro Academy Women Community, for women only. You can join one or both from the Community page.
How do I join?
Go to the Community page and send a join request for the group you want. Requests for the women's community are limited to women.
Do you run events and social play?
Events and social play are shared with the community groups and listed on the Events page. Join a community to hear about them first.
