TNA Pro Academy operates this website and provides tennis and padel coaching at three locations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and mobile number when you create a TNA account, send a booking request, join the community or contact us.
• Your playing level, preferred sport and any notes you give us, so we can place you in the right session or group.
• For a child's booking, the parent or guardian's name and contact details, and the information needed to place the child in a suitable group.
• Your booking requests and booking history, so you and our team can see what has been requested and confirmed.
• Basic technical information generated when you use the site, such as the pages you visit, used to keep the site working and secure.

Why we use it

• To respond to, confirm and manage your booking requests.
• To contact you about a session — for example if a time or venue changes.
• To add you to the community you asked to join.
• To run your TNA account and keep it secure.
• To answer your enquiries.
• To meet our legal obligations.

Payments

Bookings made through this website are requests. Our team confirms the time and the price with you directly. This website does not store card details.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the website, store bookings and send notifications, and only as far as they need it to provide that service to us.

We share your details with our coaching team so they can run your session.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and booking information for as long as you have an account with us and for as long as we need it to manage bookings and meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can ask to be removed from a community at any time.

Cookies

Children

Bookings for children are made and managed by a parent or guardian through their own TNA account. We collect only what we need to place the child in a suitable session and run it safely.
