Technical training
Strokes are built and refined on court with the coaching team — serve, return, groundstrokes, volleys and movement patterns — so technique holds up under pressure, not just in practice.

High Performance · Tennis
A full-time and an evening programme for committed players — technical, tactical, fitness and match-play training in one structured plan, led by our internationally experienced coaching team.
Who this is for
High Performance is not a group lesson. It is a daily or near-daily programme for players who want structure, accountability and a clear plan.

Development philosophy
Every player in the programme works on the same four strands — technical, tactical, physical and competitive — in a sequence the coaching team plans for them. The goal is a complete player, not a player with one big weapon.
Training is reviewed regularly with the player and, for juniors, with parents. We are honest about where a player is and what the next step looks like; we do not promise rankings or results.

What we train
Each strand has its own sessions in the week, and they are planned together so what is learned in one shows up in the others.
Strokes are built and refined on court with the coaching team — serve, return, groundstrokes, volleys and movement patterns — so technique holds up under pressure, not just in practice.
Players learn how to construct points, read opponents and choose the right shot at the right moment. Tactical work is drilled, then tested in live points.
Physical preparation runs alongside tennis: movement, speed, strength and recovery, so players can train harder, move better and stay healthy through a full season.
Regular competitive play is part of the programme. Match development sessions turn training into results — with feedback from the coaching team after every session.

Assessment
We do not place players from a form. The coaching team sees them on court first, so the programme, group and plan are right from the beginning.
Book an assessment online or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us about the player's age, current training and goals.
The player trains with the coaching team. We look at technique, movement, match play and attitude — not just results.
We recommend the full-time or evening programme, confirm the venue and schedule, and agree a development plan with the player and family.
